Shipping Policies:

3.1. We provide free delivery anywhere in India for orders Rs 10,000 /- or more. Few products that are large or very heavy, separate Packing & Handling charges will be applicable. Such charge, if any, will be displayed on the respective product page.

3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.

3.3. You will be notified through an email and SMS once your order is shipped containing the courier tracking details. You can click on this tracking link to know the status of your order. Your order status is updated to you via email and SMS at every step. You can also track your order through the Track Order link. This link is also given on the top right side of our website. For queries, you can contact our customer support team.

3.4. We have different courier partners based upon your location we will fix best service providers to reach product on time. Our courier partners do accept Cash On Delivery (COD) if the Invoice value is less than Rs 15000/-.

3.5. You can make the payment via any one of the following methods of payment: Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking or Cash on Delivery. Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking Payments are processed via our online payment service partners.
